Grand soleil annoncé pour la prochaine semaine et ce, à partir de vendredi dernier. Nous avons décidé, Shaun (mon beau-père), Kevin et moi d'aller visiter l'île de Wight dans le port Solent ici in England. Nous sommes partis samedi matin depuis Gosport, Porsmouth. Une petite balade parfaite qui nous a permit de nous rappeler ce pourquoi nous travaillons et mettons tous nous efforts, naviguer.Beautiful weather for the next week and that since last friday. We decided, Shaun (Kev's dad), Kevin and I to going to visit Isle of Wight in a Port Solent here in England. A perfect small Journey just enought to remember us why we are working so hard and invest all that effort..... Sailing.
Éole fut très discrèt, nous avons donc naviguer à moteur pour la majeure partie de notre périple. Ce fût si bon de se retrouver à nouveau sur l'eau que cet aspect ne nous a pas empêché d'avoir du plaisir et d'apprécier cette sortie.
Eole was really discret, we motor sailed for the majority of time but, was so nice to been on a water again that this fact didn't affect at all we was enjoying ourself!!!

J'y ai d'ailleurs découvert un nouvelle région anglaise. Nous avons acosté dans la marina Yarmouth Harbour ou nous avons eu beaucoup de chance.... Et oui, à peine 15h00 et nous étions le dernier bateau admis!!! Par beau temps cet endroit est très prisé par les plaisanciers.
I was discovering a new English area. We landed in Yarmouth Harbour were we had a lot of luck... At only 3 O'clock afternoon we was the last boat to enter in a marina!!! During the summer, particulary when the weather is good, this place is really busy.

Samedi soir, nous avons très bien mangé dans ce rustique pub, The Bugle Coaching Inn. Le personnel était très sympathique, le menu varié incluant poissons et fruits de mer locaux frais. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.
Saturday eve, we had a wonderful dinner in that rustic pub, The Bugle Coaching Inn. The staff was really sympatic, le menu was varied including fresh, local fish and sea food. We warmly recomand.

Cette dernière image expose The Osborne House située dans Cowes toujours sur l'île de Wight. Cette dernière fût construite en 1845 et 1851 pour la Reine Victoria et le Prince Albert. Ils utilisèrent cette résidence secondaire durant les vacances estivales.
